Hello everyone!
Thank you all for your continued support, it means the world to me. And I am sorry I haven't been updating things lately, life is just crazy busy, especially with kids and ADHD, I tend to forget countless things, like my head if it weren't screwed on like Frankenstein's Monster.
Anyway, onto the update. First, the next Q&A will be Sunday, January 12, 2025, at 8:30 PM EST. If you'd like to ask some questions about the books, me, or any other reasonable topics, then come and join us on Zoom.
Next, there is the POCKETFM issue. They still haven't paid me what they owe me, not surprising at all. I have a feeling they will NEVER willingly pay me. And that's why I need to get my lawyer fired up again. On top of that, WebNovel is suddenly shorting my monthly checks, massively. That's another issue, and I will have my lawyer look into that as well. The stress and anxiety of this ordeal may not be as massive as it was back in March and April of 2024, but it is still there, simmering and burning as it slowly eats away at me from the inside out.
I need to make headway with PFM and WN if I am every going to get to the end of this ordeal. I want it to be over and to just move on my merry way from WN and never look back. That means that all my future books will be self-published or traditionally published. I will be working with Fulton publishing on all of this soon, and I can't wait to see how it all goes.
Oh, speaking of Fulton Books, I am publishing my first children's book!!! Yes, I do write in a wide variety of genres, and I promised all my kids I would write a book or series for them. So, coming later in 2025, will be book one in the series for my middle child, The Great Princess Detective. It's super cute, fun, and educational. It, and all children's books written by me, will be under the pseudonym Mayree Chance. If you have a kid who might be interested, look for that later. AND IT WILL BE IN STORES AS WELL!!!!
Ok, I got lost on a tangent, as all proper ADHDers do. And so, I return to what i was talking about before. PFM and the lawyers. I am resharing my GoFundMe page in the hopes of actually making some headway on the case. The attorneys are good, but expensive, as most good lawyers are. I do not expect donations, and I truly hate asking, as anyone who knows me will attest, but I am desperate to make this issue go away, and in a way that's beneficial for me and my family.
